Content & Community Coordinator - hybrid (Peachtree Corners, GA)

Rugged Road is a rapidly growing outdoor brand dedicated to disrupting the market with our ultralight high performance coolers. We are seeking an ambitious creative with a "no task too big (or small)" mindset to join the team!

Job Summary:
As the Content & Community Coordinator for Rugged Road, you will be responsible for managing our community and maintaining the Rugged Road image through social media, customer service, graphic design, and affiliate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Management:
Provide excellent support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive experience with the company.

Social Media and Content Management:
Create and curate engaging content, fostering online brand presence, and optimize strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand recognition across various digital platforms.

Graphic Design:
Design, execute, and update sales and marketing collateral. This could range from Instagram stories, to point of purchase display materials, and everything in between.

Affiliate Management:
Oversee relationships with affiliates, nurturing partnerships, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring alignment with brand values to drive mutual growth and positive brand representation in the market.

Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc).

Familiarity with social media management tools (preferred platform: Later) for scheduling, analyzing, and managing posts.

Understanding of the principles of design is necessary, previous graphic design experience preferred.

Experience in Canva required, Adobe preferred.

Ability to turn a vague concept into an on-brand, tangible design.

Understanding of content trends and ability to tailor content to different platforms and target audiences.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling designs, engaging with the audience, and collaborating with team members.

Ability to handle and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must be highly adaptable. Our company is growing and changing by the day. Decisions must be made quickly and work must be delivered on time.

A passion for the outdoors is a major plus!

Candidate must be located in the Atlanta area. This is a hybrid position, and our office is located in Peachtree Corners, GA.
