I love this cooler. I think they are incredibly innovative. Company seems very friendly and curious about my feedback. My only issue is the odor. I have had my cooler since November of 2023 (approaching 1 year), and it STILL has the chemical spray odor on the lid and inside the cooler. For drinks it's not a big deal, but when carrying food, my food tastes like the odor. It is very strong. I have tried everything to get the odor out. What am I doing wrong??? For those curious about the integrity of the latches or hinges - they operate like the day I got it. Pretty tough cooler. Just the smell is really turning me off.
