Returns & Exchanges
Step 1: Request a return label by emailing your name, order number and reason for return to info@ruggedroadoutdoors.com.
Step 2: Ship your order back to our warehouse.
Step 3: Sit back while we process the return and issue a full refund or ship you your exchange free of charge.
All items purchased directly through Rugged Road or from an authorized Rugged Road dealer are covered under Rugged Road’s warranty. We accept returns and exchanges on all items ordered through our website within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective items must be returned in like-new condition; items that show signs of wear or damage aren’t eligible for return.
Once you complete the online returns process, Rugged Road will provide a prepaid return label upon request. Please allow up to 5 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your return once it’s been shipped back. Full refunds (minus shipping, applied discounts, and any quality fees) will be issued for eligible items. Refunds typically process within 48 hours, though timing can vary depending on your financial institution.
Note for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada: Customers in these regions are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges.
You can track the progress of your return anytime using the tracking number from your return label on the carrier’s website.
