Shipping policy

Rugged Road ships out all orders same day if they are ordered before 4PM EST on a normal weekday (Monday-Friday not including national holidays). In the event of a "pre-order", Rugged Road will ship out the order the following business day after the new inventory arrives.

Note for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada: Customers in these regions are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges.
