The high density Frigite™ core inside every Rugged Road cooler keeps it ultralight, while the Rigorite™ exterior acts like armore to protect it against the elements.
When fused together, these two components create a highly insulative, ultra-durable structure that keeps ice for days without weighing you down.
Increased Capacity
Traditional coolers lose interior storage space to their thick plastic walls.
With Dual Fusion Molding, a thin layer of Rigorite™ covers 4 inches of insulation to provide maximum durability without sacrificing room for your favorite drinks.
That means you get more interior space with a smaller exterior footprint.
Floats Upright
The unique combination of a high-density foam core coated in Rigorite™ creates a cooler that not only keeps ice for days, but is capable of floating upright - even fully loaded.
