1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of the giveaway sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Agreement to Rules:

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
• The winner(s) will be notified by email within 72 hours following the drawing.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours after notification is sent, or fails to return any required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Publicity:

• Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to the giveaway sponsor's use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.  

8. General Conditions:

• The giveaway sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.  
• The giveaway sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.  

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:

• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the giveaway sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• The giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
