We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and motivate our inside sales team in achieving sales targets and driving growth in the outdoor market.

Job Summary:
As the Inside Sales Account Manager for Rugged Road, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with new and existing retailers, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our outdoor products.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide a phenomenal experience.

Sales Growth and Strategy:
Identify and pursue sales within new retailers to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.Develop and execute sales plans to meet individual and team sales goals consistently.

Product Knowledge and Training:
Demonstrate an understanding of our outdoor product line, features, and applications to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Provide product training and demonstrations to retailers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our outdoor gear and its value.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account interactions and sales activities using CRM and Inventory Management software.
Provide management with a weekly report of performance, key findings, and recommendations for areas of improvement

Experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role

Outdoor industry sales specific is a plus

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for the outdoor industry

Customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn

Self motivated with little to no daily management needed

Someone with a get-it-done attitude

*This is a hybrid position. Candidate must be located in the Atlanta area and able to work at our office in Peachtree Corners.
