TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

LOCATION: LOUISIANA OR MISSISSIPPI

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive sales in a specified region. This role is in territory and perfect for someone who shares our passion for the outdoors and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's footprint within the territory.
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations to educate partners on Rugged Road Outdoors’ product line.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, outdoor expos, and other industry events.

Qualifications

  • CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN LOUISIANA OR MISSISSIPPI
  • A go-getter attitude!
  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the outdoor, sporting goods, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the outdoor industry and a passion for outdoor activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or field-based role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (80% travel).
