At Rugged Road, we’re building gear people genuinely love while working toward our mission to help end the global water crisis. This summer, you have the chance to see firsthand what it takes to run a growing consumer products brand.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team and rotate across departments, gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, operations, product development, and more during our 10 week summer internship. You’ll see how ideas move from concept to execution and how real business decisions are made. Not just the theory, but the actual day-to-day of a growing company.

Whether you’re an aspiring content creator, sales professional, operations guru, or just curious about how a business runs, we’ve got a spot for you.

Each week, you’ll join our Lunch & Learns with advisors, investors, and other successful entrepreneurs who’ve helped shape Rugged Road’s journey. It’s your chance to ask questions, build relationships, and learn directly from people who’ve scaled brands before.

Because we’re an outdoor company, your “office” won’t always have four walls. Some days, you’ll help bring our brand to life on the water creating content, supporting activations, and connecting with customers at places like the Chattahoochee River, Lake Lanier, or wherever our next event takes us.

This is an unpaid internship, but it’s packed with meaningful responsibility, real-world experience, and a practical crash course in entrepreneurship. By the end of the summer, you’ll have skills, connections, and insights most interns only get in their first full-time job.
