Holds Up Well In TX Heat!
Took the gang camping , the whole Rugged Road line up except the RR45 and the new TARDIGRADE. The RR85 was full of frozen food and some premade slushies with 1 bag of ice. 6 hours on the road in the July Texas heat. When we unloaded it everything was still frozen including the ice! Only a few drops of water in the bottom! But the star of the show was the RR25. Did its job on the river keeping our drinks and snacks cold! Also worked great floating between my wife and I and made a great river side table! Loving the weight and performance of all I have!

Love the concept and weight
So far so good. Run a landscaping business and use this daily. The ice melts faster than advertised. Really doesn’t hold up 7 days in my trailer or cab of my truck but does make it through a day or two. My lid/latch doesn’t seem as snug as I’d like it to be but maybe that is a preference and maybe due to the kickflip lid. The strap I bought as an extra is annoying as all get out. Convenient but dang it comes unsnapped every time I go to grab my cooler. Need to tape the clips. Now when using two ice packs from rugged with this cooler it’ll freeze my drinks to slush. That I do like! So I’m torn on this review thus the 3 stars.

Our coolers are capable of holding ice for multiple days at a time, often out performing the (heavy) competition. That being said, if your cooler lid is not latching securely into place, we suspect there is an issue here that is negatively impacting the RR25's ice retention. Best Ever
I love this thing! I've had a Yeti of similar size for years and I don't use it as often as I'd like because of the weight of it. There are ball games for our kids where I'd love to take a cooler just for a few waters or Gatorades, but the game isn't that long so it's not worth getting my big bulky Yeti out. I purchased this and now I use it all the time! The old saying about if it's not convenient, you won't use it is definitely true. This thing is amazing, conveient, super lightweight, and easy to clean. I highly recommend the pad for the top as well. I struggled with paying $45 for it, but now that I have it, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Makes for a nice quick seat for either of my kids, plus it just looks awesome!

First time using cooler on a road trip....I've never had a cooler keep our drinks this cold for an entire trip....that alone is just awesome. My wife said the ice shots we had in the cooler where still very frozen 9hrs after we left. Impressive!

Have used it once. Had refrigerated items full to the brim. No room for added ice. The temp was retained for 7 hours.
