Our Scratch and Dent coolers may have battle scars from previous adventures, or simply may not have passed our standard QC checks. These coolers may be dented, faded, or dirty, but all have been manually inspected and are 100% functional. We will not sell a cooler that does not perform as it should. They just have a little extra character. :)
Scratch & Dent coolers purchased from our Warehouse Sale will NOT be accepted for returns, exchanges, nor do they qualify for our normal Lifetime Warranty. However, they will qualify for a limited parts warranty - meaning it covers up to 2 replacement parts on your cooler (ex: latch, handles, hinges).

I live my coolers I have 3 but this last one I received the blue 45 is leaking through drain I have tightened it and it’s coming from around the part that is connected to cooler

I have been watching these cooler ads for a while now, and really wanted one. We have plenty of coolers though. I bought a scratch/dent one on sale recently to use while floating in our lake this summer. So, to be honest, I have not used it yet, but plan to. It shipped and arrived as described. The liner inside the cooler is bubbled, but I knew it wouldn't be perfect. The outside had mud splatter, but washed easily. So far, I am pleased. Cant wait for the weather to warm up to try it out. I'm excited it is light weight enough for me to carry by myself when loaded.

Amazing Cooler!!! Can't beat the weight of the cooler even when it is loaded up with drinks and ice. Ice retention is amazing.

I ordered a 45 and received it within 3-days. Not my color of choice but for the amazing deal I’m more than satisfied! I can’t find a single scratch, dent or imperfection on the cooler. All accessories were included and I am pretty sure this has never been opened. Thanks RRO!

Haven’t used the cooler yet but when my first “scratch and dent” arrived, I was so impressed I figured I’d roll the dice with a smaller version. Looking forward to seeing the condition of my second cooler. It’s like waiting for Christmas morning. Fingers crossed it’s as good as the first.
