Rugged Road App - Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Rugged Road App account and associated personal data by sending an email to info@ruggedroadoutdoors.com.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email with:

Subject: Account Deletion

Include the following information:

- Full Name
- Email Address
- Login Provider (Email, Google, Apple, etc.)

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently delete:

Your account information
- Authentication information associated with your account
- Device information associated with your IceTimator device(s)
- Ice cooling session history and related usage data
- Other personal information associated with your account

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required to:

- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our agreements
- Detect or prevent fraud and security issues

Any retained information will be securely deleted once the applicable retention period expires.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
